**DESCRIPTION**

In this role, you need to calculate, cross-check, verify and send them back following all the rules or policies that your team has signed up with.

**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**

The jobholder is responsible for ensuring that the organization's processes are followed correctly and that all necessary steps are taken to meet customer needs.

This can include tasks such as preparing documentation, coordinating workflows, and communicating with customers and other stakeholders.

The process associate must be able to work effectively in a team environment and have strong organizational skills.

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- Proficient in Internet navigation and keyboard typing skills
- Has problem solving skills and attention to details
- Proficient in MS Excel and other MS office tools
- Has statistical knowledge on averages, trend, outliers, charting, etc. would be an advantage
- Any graduates
- Possesses excellent written and oral communication skills
- Has the ability to deliver results by influencing team members
- Ability to work independently and think ‘out of the box’
- Should be able to ‘dive deep’ and identify the root cause of the issues and get them fixed by coordinating
- with different teams like operations and IT

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹17,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift
