**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Conduct Road Safety Audits** on highways and major road projects, including design, construction, and post-construction phases.
- **Identify potential hazards** and safety risks related to road design, traffic flow, and road usage.
- Prepare detailed **road safety audit reports**, including risk assessments, safety recommendations, and mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and project managers to **implement safety improvements** and ensure compliance with road safety regulations.
- **Monitor and review** road safety measures throughout the project lifecycle to ensure ongoing safety standards are met.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest **road safety standards, guidelines, and practices** as per national and state regulations.
- **Conduct site inspections** to verify that safety recommendations are properly implemented and maintained during project execution.
- **Provide training and awareness** sessions on road safety for team members and other stakeholders when required.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- **Road Safety Audit Certificate** from an appropriate government-approved agency in India.
- Minimum of **5 years of experience** as a Road Safety Auditor on highway projects in India.
- In-depth knowledge of **Indian road safety regulations, IRC standards**, and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively and prepare comprehensive safety audit reports.
- Willingness to **travel to project sites** across Gujarat and other locations as required.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with **design software** such as AutoCAD and road safety analysis tools.
- Experience working on **national and state highway projects**.
- Leadership skills and the ability to **collaborate with multidisciplinary teams**.

**Salary**:
Commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Specific Road Safety Auditor for Highway Projects: 5 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Road Safety Certificate from govt. agency (proof required) (preferred)
