**Key Responsibilities**:Accounting & Office Work**:
- Maintain day-to-day financial records, invoices, and vouchers
- Handle accounts payable/receivable and basic bookkeeping
- Assist in GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation tasks
- Prepare Excel reports for financial tracking
- Use MS Word for documentation, quotations, and letters
**Site Coordination & Work**:
- Coordinate between office and site teams for ongoing projects
- Track material movement, labor availability, and daily progress
- Maintain daily site logs, photographs, and checklists
- Follow up with vendors and contractors for timelines
- Perform on-site supervision as needed
**Required Skills**:
- Proficiency in **MS Excel** (formulas, data entry, reports)
- Good command of **MS Word** for documentation
- Basic understanding of **accounting principles**:
- Field coordination and site handling experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and take ownership of tasks
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience with Tally or similar accounting software (a plus)
- Willingness to travel to site locations if needed
- Prior experience in a construction, interior, or infrastructure company is advantageous
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
