**Role Overview**:
We are looking for **Customer Executives** or **B2B Sales Executives** to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers who contact us through various platforms such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, our website, and other social media channels. The primary goal is to provide the necessary product details, assist with customer inquiries, and help close sales.

This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Follow-Up**: Respond to inbound customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- **Product Knowledge**: Share accurate and detailed information about products to customers in a clear and engaging manner.
- **Sales Conversion**: Effectively communicate product features and benefits to convince customers to make a purchase.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring they have a positive experience throughout the buying process.
- **Flexibility and Adaptability**: Be flexible to handle different types of inquiries and adapt to customer needs on the go.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members to ensure customers receive excellent service.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather customer feedback and share insights to improve service and sales strategies.

**Requirements**:

- **Skills**:

- Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic or Hindi is a plus).
- Good language proficiency for clear, professional interaction with customers.
- Ability to engage in a friendly yet professional manner to drive sales.
- Comfortable using social media platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook) for communication.
- Positive attitude, proactive, and goal-oriented approach to sales.
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to handle customer queries at different times, based on business needs.
