Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through various channels.
- Conduct site visits to potential customers to assess suitability and provide customized solutions.
- Present and explain the benefits of our solar products and services to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and follow-up documentation.
- Achieve and exceed established sales targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
- Collaborate with other sales team members and departments to optimize sales strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Proven track record in direct sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently.
- Passion for renewable energy and sustainability.

**3+ years of experience in solar B2B project sales**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
