
Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer accounts, and promoting our products/services. You will play a key role in increasing our market presence and achieving company sales objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to enhance brand loyalty and drive repeat business.
- **Product Promotion**: Effectively communicate the benefits of our products/services to potential customers.
- **Market Research**: Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activities to improve sales strategies.
- **Sales Targets**: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- **Experience**: Fresher or at least 1-2 years of experience in sales (preferred, but not mandatory).
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Persuasiveness**: Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively with customers.
- **Goal-Oriented**: A strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage with people at all levels.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹27,652.14 per month
