Title: Early Careers Program Coordinator
- Collaborate with the early careers’ recruitment team on the following:

- Sourcing
- Register for campus career fairs, information sessions, etc. in collaboration with our early careers recruitment team
- Keep track of all registered events that includes cost, dates, name of the event, and other helpful details in shared file
- Assist in writing job descriptions and posting
- Recruitment
- Keep track of internal referrals
- Interviews
- Coordinate and schedule intern and graduate interviews as needed
- Assist with building schedules, uploading documents, and creating assessor accounts in TopScore
- Pull resumes for the program team as needed
- Pre-Onboarding and Onboarding
- Work with GHRS and IT on mass provisioning for new hire interns and graduates
- Assist with New Hire Orientations (Interns & Graduates)
- Forward queries as needed to the appropriate program team member (curriculum specialist, licensing, branding, communications, social media, recruitment, operations, program management, etc.)Answer question from early career colleagues (interns, graduates, managers, etc.)- Managing Calendar
- R&A Training Sessions
- Speaker Series Sessions
- L&D Onboarding Schedule
- Summer Intern Program EventsGraduate Development Training schedule and GDP calendar
- Manage L&D and Early Careers intranet sites
- Ensure all materials are kept up to dateMake edits, updates, and changes as necessary
- Process any data changes? (should we elaborate?)
- Take Minutes on calls to ensure accurate follow-up/action plans
- Assists in the preparation of various reports & surveys
- Update PP decks for team
- Assist with Terminations
- Assist with coordinating year-end reviews/activities, comp statements

**Basic Qualifications**
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Office
- Strong communication / interpersonal skills and ability to interact with staff at all levels
- Ability to successfully manage and prioritize time-sensitive tasks and projectsAbility to use good judgment when interacting with external and internal contacts and performing job functions

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Experience working in TopScore
- Previous experience working in HR, Recruitment, Early Careers, etc.
