In your role as Internal Auditor, you will have the opportunity to be a part of a small and highly advanced internal audit team and be exposed to the latest trends in audit technology. You will join a Best Place to Work and audit department with a culture of flexibility, collaboration, and innovation. Your work will span over a variety of internal functions, processes and business systems and will directly contribute to the continuous success of a growing privately-owned global technology leader. You will work with senior internal auditors located in India and US. This position will be based out of UKG’ Noida office in India and will report to the Sr Manager - Internal Audit who is based out of Noida.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and/or conduct test procedures, compiles audit findings, documents and communicates remediation plans and completes workpapers as needed for Financial, Operational and Compliance Audits, including Companies Act of 2013 and “SOX-404”.
- Document and update process and control documentation.
- Manage the certification process for process narratives and control matrices in Workiva desk.
- Collaborate with external auditors, external service provides and internal stakeholders for the purpose of conveying and or gathering information required to perform audit duties.
- Perform audits through the review of physical and electronic records, evaluate the level of compliance with established business control policies, processes, procedures, standards, laws and regulations in assigned functional areas/business units, identify control weaknesses or process improvement opportunities and initiate workable solutions
- Perform data analytics on audit areas to serve as basis for substantive testing
- As needed perform special projects as requested by Internal Audit and company management (market research, mapping workflows, project management, etc.).

**Qualifications**:

- A bachelor's degree in Financial/Accounting/Auditing and 1 - 3 years of related professional work experience is required.
- Experience with internal control frameworks, concepts, and documentation
- Experience in operational internal audits is a strong plus
- Experience in data analytics is a strong plus
- Knowledge of business systems auditing, General Computer Controls, and systems design considered a strong plus
- Knowledge of cross-functional business processes (order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, record-to-report, etc.)
