**Responsibilities**:
1. **Catalogue Management**: Upload and manage product catalogues on various eCommerce portals (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Big basket) and our brand website.

2. **Inventory Control**: Maintain accurate inventory records on eCommerce platforms and our brand website.

3. **Competitive Analysis**: Conduct data analysis on competitor products to inform pricing strategies and ensure competitiveness in the market.

4. **Content Optimization**: Optimize product content and titles to enhance visibility, drive traffic, and increase sales.

5. **Website Maintenance**:Create and update website content regularly, ensuring accuracy of product information, pricing, and adherence to company policies.

6.**Order Management**: Monitor order dispatches from marketplaces and websites, coordinate order processing, delivery, and returns to ensure customer satisfaction.

7. **Fulfillment Knowledge**:Demonstrate proficiency in Amazon FBA and Flipkart FA processes for efficient order fulfillment.

8. **Brand Store Management**:Manage brand stores on various online portals to enhance brand presence and customer engagement.

9. **Promotional Offer Management**: Update and implement promotional offers on online portals to drive sales and target specific market segments.

10. **Product Quality Assurance**: Evaluate technical specifications of the product portfolio and ensure consistent product quality.

11. **Account Performance Monitoring**: Monitor overall account health and performance on eCommerce platforms, promptly addressing any issues that may arise.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

1-2 years of experience in eCommerce merchandising or related roles.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.

Familiarity with Amazon FBA and Flipkart FA processes.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹43,078.83 per month
