The Digital Marketing Sales Specialist is responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and increasing sales through effective digital marketing strategies. This role involves a mix of sales, marketing, and communication skills, with a primary focus on promoting services/products via online channels.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation and Sales**:
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and convert leads into paying customers.
- Use marketing analytics tools to identify high-value leads and sales opportunities.
- Follow up with potential clients to provide them with relevant information, answer queries, and close deals.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Provide post-sales support, including troubleshooting and optimization of digital marketing campaigns.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional services to existing clients based on their evolving needs.
- **Campaign Strategy and Execution**:
- Collaborate with digital marketing teams to design and implement tailored marketing campaigns to drive business growth.
- Analyze and interpret campaign performance data to optimize strategies for higher conversion rates.
- Assist clients in choosing the most suitable digital marketing solutions (SEO, PPC, content marketing, etc.) based on their objectives and budget.
- **Market Research and Trend Analysis**:
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and competitive landscape to better understand client needs and adjust offerings accordingly.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team to refine and improve product/service positioning and outreach efforts.
- **Sales Reporting and Forecasting**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and campaign performance.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, revenue generation, and client acquisition to senior management.
- Meet and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
- **Collaboration**:
- Work closely with marketing teams to align sales and marketing efforts.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, providing valuable insights on sales strategies and digital marketing best practices.
- Coordinate with design, content, and technical teams to ensure timely execution of client projects.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- **Experience**:
- Proven track record of sales experience, preferably in digital marketing or tech-related industries.
- Experience with sales CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data and sales metrics.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Time management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines and targets.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
