**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Knowledge**: Possess in-depth knowledge of the company's services, technologies, and treatment solutions.
- **Regular Field Visits**: Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, and other medical professionals on a regular basis to build rapport and promote services.
- **Relationship Building**: Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare providers and wellness professionals.
- **Sales & Promotion**: Present the value and benefits of our services to medical professionals, driving referrals and recommendations.
- **Market Analysis**: Keep track of market dynamics, competitor services, and identify growth opportunities.
- **Reporting & Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities, client feedback, and performance metrics.
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Consistently achieve or exceed personal and team-based sales goals.
- **Industry Awareness**: Stay informed about the latest developments in wellness, physiotherapy, and medical innovations.
- **Feedback Collection**: Collect and relay feedback from professionals and clients to improve service offerings and marketing strategies.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in medical sales
- At least 2 years of experience in the wellness or healthcare sector
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with fieldwork and daily visits to medical & wellness professionals
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in using CRM and sales tracking tools (preferred)
