**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Delivery**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Hindi lessons that align with the curriculum guidelines (CBSE, ICSE, or relevant board).
- Use a variety of instructional strategies to help students grasp Hindi grammar, vocabulary, literature, and communication skills.
- Incorporate innovative teaching methods like storytelling, role-plays, and cultural studies to make Hindi learning enjoyable.
- **Student Development**:

- Support students in developing strong reading comprehension, writing abilities, and verbal communication in Hindi.
- Provide individualized instruction and support to students based on their learning needs.
- Encourage student participation and monitor their academic progress through assessments and regular feedback.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Design and conduct regular assessments, quizzes, and exams to evaluate students' grasp of the Hindi language.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and communicate their progress to parents during parent-teacher meetings.
- Prepare students for internal and board exams by providing study materials, conducting review sessions, and guiding exam preparation.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Create a disciplined and interactive classroom environment where students are motivated to learn Hindi.
- Establish classroom rules that promote respect, cooperation, and active participation.
- Use effective classroom management techniques to ensure smooth teaching and learning processes.
- **Collaboration and Professional Development**:

- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create cross-curricular projects that incorporate Hindi language learning.
- Attend meetings, workshops, and training sessions to stay updated with the latest teaching techniques and educational trends.
- **Extracurricular Involvement**:

- Encourage participation in Hindi-related extracurricular activities such as debates, essay competitions, and cultural events.
- Organize activities like Hindi Diwas or language clubs to foster a deeper appreciation for the Hindi language and culture.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
