**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:1. Curriculum Planning & Implementation**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver **structured and engaging lessons** in alignment with the prescribed curriculum (CBSE/ICSE/State Board).
- Develop **lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments** that cater to diverse learning needs.
- Integrate **innovative teaching methodologies**, including experiential learning, storytelling, debates, role-plays, and multimedia resources.
- Ensure that lessons cover **grammar, vocabulary, creative writing, comprehension, and literature analysis** effectively.

**2. Teaching & Classroom Management**:

- Create an **interactive and student-centered learning environment**.
- Use **modern teaching aids** like digital boards, audio-visual tools, and e-learning platforms.
- Foster **critical thinking, creativity, and communication skills** among students.
- Address **individual learning needs** through differentiated instruction.
- Maintain **classroom discipline** and ensure a conducive learning atmosphere.

**3. Assessment & Student Evaluation**:

- Design and conduct **periodic assessments, quizzes, assignments, and exams** to evaluate student progress.
- Provide **timely and constructive feedback** to students and parents.
- Track student performance and **implement remedial measures** for improvement.
- Prepare **reports on student progress and performance** as required by the school administration.

**4. Student Development & Support**:

- Encourage students to **participate in literary activities** such as debates, elocution, essay writing, and drama.
- Guide students in **developing reading habits** and appreciation for literature.
- Offer **additional academic support** through doubt-clearing sessions or remedial classes.
- Serve as a **mentor and guide** to students, fostering confidence and self-expression.

**5. Parent & School Collaboration**:

- Maintain **open and effective communication** with parents regarding student performance, behavior, and progress.
- Participate in **parent-teacher meetings, academic discussions, and orientation programs**.
- Collaborate with school authorities to **enhance the overall educational experience**.

**6. Professional Development & School Contribution**:

- Stay updated with **latest teaching methodologies, curriculum changes, and educational advancements**.
- Attend **workshops, training programs, and faculty meetings** as required.
- Contribute to **extracurricular activities, school events, and community programs**.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

- Latur, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)
