**Job Description: For Current job opening for Placement Executive in Medhavi Skill University Sikkim**

Main Responsibility:
- **Employer Engagement**: Build and maintain relationships with local, regional and global employers to serve placement opportunities. This includes consulting with business about university requirements and monitoring compliance with regulations.
- **Student Support**: Act as the first point of contact for students seeking placements, internship, OJT and apprenticeship, providing guidance and information throughout the placement process for all the departments of MSU - Sikkim. This includes advising on documentation and monitoring student progress during placement.
- **Collaboration**:Work closely with academic staff, career services and other departments to ensure approach to student placements. This involves organizing industry events and presentations.
- **Reporting**: Day to day Placement, internship activities to be reported to the Head of Industry Engagement and Placement of MSU - Sikkim. He/She needs to support the Head of Placement cell by providing status of student’s availability, maintaining all Placement activities records in softcopy and hardcopy in the Placement cell of MSU - Sikkim.
- **Administration**: Maintain accurate records of MSU students Placement Activities and ensure all necessary administration processes are completed before Placement begins in university.
- **Preference**: Applicants need to be a localities of Sikkim, who is well experienced with the geographical area of Sikkim. He/She can speak fluent Nepali, Hindi and English.
- **Experience**: Minimum 2-5 Years of work experience in Placement cell of any college (Management, Nursing or Engineering)
- **Vehicle**: Applicant with 2-wheeler or 4-wheeler to be considered, where for short distance travel within Sikkim can be easily mobilized.
- **Requirement**: Immediate joinee applicant will be preferred for this current opening.
- **Salary**: Negotiable best in market.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
