**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, storage, inventory management, and shipping.
- Implement operational policies and procedures to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Manage inventory control processes and conduct regular stock audits.
- Ensure proper maintenance of warehouse infrastructure, equipment, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and sales teams to streamline supply chain operations.
- Monitor warehouse staff performance, providing training and development opportunities.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking shipments and inventory levels.
- Maintain documentation related to inbound/outbound shipments and stock levels.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to reduce operational costs and improve service quality.
- Handle vendor relationships related to transportation and equipment services.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of safety and security procedures in warehouse operations.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
