JOB TITLE : Lab Incharge

JOB SUMMARY:
A **Lab Incharge** is responsible for overseeing the operations and management of a laboratory, ensuring that all procedures are carried out safely and efficiently. This role involves supervising lab staff, maintaining equipment, managing inventory, coordinating experiments, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. The Lab Incharge also plays a key role in training and mentoring team members, as well as troubleshooting technical issues. Effective communication with researchers or clients and ensuring accurate record-keeping are also essential aspects of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Laboratory Operations Management**: Oversee daily lab activities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- **Staff Supervision**: Manage and supervise lab technicians and assistants, providing guidance and training when necessary.
- **Safety and Compliance**: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulatory standards in the lab.
- **Inventory Control**: Monitor stock levels of lab supplies and equipment, ordering new materials as needed.
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Ensure that lab equipment is properly maintained and calibrated, organizing repairs as required.
- **Experimentation Support**: Assist with the design and execution of experiments, providing technical support as needed.
- **Record-Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of experiments, test results, and inventory.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**: Analyze experimental data, prepare reports, and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure high standards of accuracy and quality in lab processes and results.
- **Training and Development**: Provide ongoing training and support to lab staff, helping them develop their skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
