**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching & Training**: Conduct classes on **3D modeling, animation, rigging, texturing, lighting, and rendering** using **Maya and Blender**.
- **Project-Based Learning**: Guide students in creating **industry-standard 3D projects, short films, and animations**.
- **Curriculum Development**: Design and update course content as per **industry standards and latest trends**.
- **Software & Tools Training**: Provide hands-on training in **Maya, Blender, Substance Painter, ZBrush, and rendering engines** like Arnold, Cycles, and Eevee.
- **Mentorship**: Offer individual guidance to students to improve their **technical and creative skills**.
- **Industry Integration**: Prepare students for careers in **animation, VFX, gaming, and AR/VR** by sharing real-world insights.
- **Research & Development**: Stay updated with the latest advancements in **3D animation and visual effects**.
- **Student Assessment**: Evaluate student work and provide constructive feedback.

**Required Skills & Expertise**:

- Strong knowledge of **Autodesk Maya & Blender**.
- Expertise in **3D modeling, sculpting, texturing, rigging, lighting, and rendering**.
- Experience with **animation principles, character animation, and dynamics**.
- Familiarity with **PBR workflows, UV unwrapping, and material creation**.
- Knowledge of **VFX techniques, simulations, and compositing** is a plus.
- Ability to integrate **3D assets into game engines like Unreal Engine or Unity** is a bonus.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and classroom management skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree** in Animation, VFX, Game Design, or a related field.
- **Industry experience** in animation studios, gaming, or film production.
- **Knowledge of scripting** (Python for Maya, Blender Scripting) is an added advantage.
- A strong **portfolio/demo reel** showcasing expertise in Maya & Blender.
