**Key Responsibilities**:

- Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
- Handle customer complaints, provide accurate, valid and complete information within the time limits;
- Coordination with the sales team
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with the customers through open and interactive communication
- Managing cold calls with the customers and work on their leads
- follow up to ensure resolution
- Maintaining Files and Documents Records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Up selling and Cross Selling to existing customer base

**Desired Skills and Experience:

- **
- Good business communication skills in English & Hindi
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Preferred only Real Estate Industry with the experience of residential/ commercial project.
- Good knowledge of CRM procedures of real estate.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Customer-centric approach with a commitment to providing excellent service.
- Working knowledge of MS Office, advance Excel.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
