**Job Title**: Export CRM Executive (Female)
**Location**: Zirakpur, Punjab
**Experience**: Fresher or Experienced (0-3 Years)
**Salary**: Up to ₹22,000 per month
**Gender Preference**: Female

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update **CRM records** for export clients.
- Coordinate with the **export, logistics, and accounts teams** for order processing.
- Follow up with clients on shipments, payments, and inquiries.
- Build long-term relationships with clients through prompt and professional communication.
- Assist in preparing reports and maintaining client databases.

**Required Skills & Attributes**:

- **Excellent English communication skills** (spoken and written).
- Smart, confident, and well-presented personality.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Prior experience in **export documentation or CRM** will be an advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome.

**Education**:

- Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, BA, MBA preferred).
