**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a detailed oriented **Cameraman** in our media production team. The Cameraman is responsible for physically operating the camera and capturing the visuals required for a production. Working closely with the Director of Photography and Director, the Cameraman plays a crucial role in realizing the visual storytelling of a film, television show, commercial, or video project.

**Key Responsibilities:Camera Operation**:

- Operate various camera systems (digital or film) during shoots.
- Execute camera movements smoothly, including pans, tilts, dollies, and handheld work.
- Adjust framing, composition, and camera angles according to the shot list or direction.
- Maintain focus and exposure while capturing scenes.

**Collaboration**:

- Work under the guidance of the DoP to execute the visual style of the project.
- Collaborate with the Assistant Cameraman (AC) and grips to set up camera rigs and support equipment.
- Communicate effectively with the lighting, sound, and directing teams to ensure seamless production.

**Pre-Shoot Preparation**:

- Familiarize with the script, shot list, and storyboards.
- Assist in camera tests and lens selection.
- Help with location scouting to assess camera requirements and challenges.

**Technical Management**:

- Monitor camera settings, white balance, exposure, and frame rate.
- Ensure all shots are properly recorded and backed up if needed.
- Handle basic camera maintenance and troubleshoot issues on set.

**Creative Input**:

- Offer suggestions on framing, camera movement, or visual enhancements when appropriate.
- Be responsive to real-time direction and adjustments during takes.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong understanding of cinematography principles (composition, movement, depth).
- Proficiency with professional camera systems (ARRI, RED, Sony, Canon, etc.).
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments.
- Physically fit, able to hold and move camera gear for extended periods.
- Good time management skill.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Previous experience as a Camera Assistant or Camera Operator.
- Background in film, video production, or a related field.
- Familiarity with gimbals, dollies, jibs, cranes, or drone cameras is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
