Key Responsibilities

Video Production: Film high-quality footage showcasing salon services, treatments, and events, focusing on the artistry and technical skills of our stylists and aestheticians.

Storytelling: Create engaging visual narratives that showcase the client experience, transformations, and the unique aspects of our salon.

Collaboration: Work closely with salon managers, stylists, and marketing teams to develop creative concepts for video content.

Lighting and Sound: Set up lighting and sound equipment to capture the best possible visuals and audio within the salon environment.

Editing: Edit raw footage to create polished videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and other promotional purposes.

Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all camera and related equipment are in good working condition and perform routine maintenance as needed.

Adaptability: Adapt to the dynamic salon environment, capturing candid moments and staged shots as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical Expertise: Proficiency in operating professional cameras and related equipment, with an understanding of lighting and sound in a beauty-focused setting.

Video Editing: Strong editing skills using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.

Creative Vision: Ability to visualize and execute creative concepts for beauty-focused content.

Collaboration and Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with diverse teams.

Attention to Detail: Keen eye for capturing intricate details in hair styling, makeup, and aesthetic treatments.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

Photography: Experience with still photography, especially in beauty and fashion contexts.

Social Media Knowledge: Familiarity with social media platforms and trends in beauty content.

Advanced Editing: Skills in color grading, special effects, and other advanced editing techniques.
