**Job Description - In-House Sales Officer (Direct B2B Selling)**
**Location**: Bhubaneswar HQ with travel across Odisha
**Reports to**: Sales Manager - WhiteShark Polymer
**Role Summary**:
You’ll lead the **direct selling strategy** by targeting institutional, corporate, and government clients who need bulk, customised biodegradable products. Think of this as **consultative sales with a volume mindset**—build relationships, close long-term deals, and push usage substitution away from conventional plastic.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify, meet and pitch to event managers, logistics firms, hotels, corporates, packaging clients
- Customise product offerings based on volume and industry use
- Present product demos and pricing for procurement teams
- Track tender opportunities with municipalities and government bodies
- Pitch masterbatch to OEMs and B2B buyers
- Support distributor team with retail market insights
- Drive monthly targets across products and verticals
**Preferred Traits**:
- B2B sales or institutional sales experience is an advantage
- Strong presentation, follow-up, and negotiation skills
- **Education**: Flexible - performance and communication are key
**Salary**: Rs. 20,000 - 25,000 fixed per month with high incentives
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
