Sales Associate (US Voice Process)

Location

Roles and Responsibilities

1- The role needs adept understanding of financial products and banking domain for a superlative
performance.

2- Must be comfortable facing overseas clients (Mostly U.S) and making dozens of calls per day,
qualifying prospects, and moving leads forward in the pipeline.

3- Able to understand customer needs and requirements, route qualified opportunities, generate
interest, close sales.

- Achieving incremental sales targets for specific product/service domains.

5- Knowledge of banking and the financial industry preferred.

**Requirements**:
1- Experience in outbound sales calling process in Loan consolidation and Debt Collection.

2- Excellent spoken & written English.

3- Strong phone presence and experience in dialing dozens of calls per day.

4-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

5- Works well within a team and independently.

6-Past experience in facing the U.S client understanding of trade finance would be a plus.

Education Required

Graduate/ Undergraduate both can apply.
