
Receptionist and Telecaller

Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a professional manner. Manage the front desk operations, including answering phone calls and scheduling appointments. Handle patient registrations and maintain accurate records. Manage patient inquiries and provide relevant information about clinic services. Coordinate with healthcare staff to ensure smooth communication and appointment flow. Manage billing, process payments, and verify insurance details. Ensure the waiting area is neat, organized, and welcoming. Handle any other administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred). Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with clinic management software (preferred). Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently. A friendly and patient-oriented demeanor.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
