Scrubsy is a fast-growing, online-first cleaning brand that makes cleaning effortless through innovative products. As we scale, we are looking for a **Customer Care Executive** to handle **COD order verification, pre-sales queries, and post-sales support** for our website operations.

**Role Overview**

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple customer interactions efficiently.

**What You’ll Do**
- **COD Order Verification**: Call and confirm COD orders to ensure genuine purchases, reducing return-to-origin (RTO) cases.
- **Pre-Sales Support**: Assist customers with product details, pricing, and availability.
- **Order Management**: Track and update customers on order status, delays, cancellations, and refunds.
- **Post-Sales Support**: Handle return/exchange requests, complaints, and resolutions professionally.
- **Website Operations**: Assist with order processing and flag any operational issues that impact customer experience.
- **Feedback & Reporting**: Identify common customer concerns and suggest improvements to reduce COD cancellations.

**About You**
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in customer support, preferably in an e-commerce or direct-to-consumer (DTC) brand.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written skills in English and Hindi.
- **Customer Handling**: Confident and professional in making calls to verify orders and resolve issues.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to handle escalations and tricky customer situations with patience.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Comfortable using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and e-commerce order management systems.
- **Detail-Oriented**: Ability to track multiple orders and follow up consistently.
- **Self-Motivated**: Can work independently while coordinating with internal teams.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
