**Role** - **Associate: Business Operations**

**CTC**: Upto 3 LPA

**What makes you a good fit?**
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar role, bulk recruitment, inside sales, staffing, user acquisition or operations management.
- A sound understanding of MS Office(specifically Excel/google sheets).

**Good to have skills**
- Verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong intent and capability to quickly learn and grow their skillset

**Here's how you'll contribute to OkayGO**
- You’ll directly manage a network of gig and full-time recruiters.
- You’ll monitor daily productivity and performance metrics on a recruiter level.
- You’ll understand and implement SOPs on a client and territory level for deploying manpower.
- You’ll aggregate consumer(worker) insights & feedback on a regular basis and work directly with the leadership team to implement them.
