**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in selecting jewellery based on their preferences.
- Explain product details, pricing, and quality to customers.
- Maintain showroom cleanliness and display arrangements.
- Build strong relationships with customers to enhance sales.
- Handle billing and payment processes efficiently.
- Manage stock and update inventory records.
- Assist in promotional events and marketing activities.
- Address customer inquiries and provide excellent after-sales service.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
**Prior experience in jewellery or retail sales preferred.**
**Good communication skills** (Basic English & Hindi, Marathi/Gujarati is a plus).
**Polite, presentable, and customer-friendly approach.**
**Ability to handle cash transactions and billing.**
**Basic computer knowledge** for invoicing and inventory updates.
**Hardworking and eager to learn about jewellery trends.**
