**Key Responsibilities**
- **Data Management & Analysis**:

- Collect, process, and maintain large volumes of structured and unstructured data.
- Conduct detailed data analysis to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Prepare and update MIS reports periodically (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly).
- **Error Troubleshooting & Scrutiny**:

- Identify mismatches, or calculation errors in ledgers.
- Conduct in-depth scrutiny of payment calculations and financial transactions.
- Troubleshoot system or manual errors impacting payment or sales data.
- **Payment Sign-off & Closures**:

- Validate and sign off correct payment amounts before release.
- Ensure accurate financial closure of books at month-end/quarter-end.
- Maintain documentation and audit trails for compliance and accuracy.
- **Sales Data Monitoring**:

- Track and monitor daily/weekly/monthly sales performance.
- Highlight discrepancies, calculation errors, or shortages in sales data.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, and Operations teams to reconcile differences.
- **Reporting & Insights**:

- Generate error-free MIS dashboards and reports for management review.
- Provide insights on trends, shortages, and process improvement opportunities.
- Ensure timely submission of reports and escalations wherever required.

**Key Skills & Competencies**
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables), ERP, and reporting tools.
- Sound understanding of financial calculations, reconciliations, and payment processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot errors and recommend corrective actions.
- Strong communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- High integrity, accountability, and ability to work with confidential data.

**Job Specifications**:

- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Working Hours: 10am to 7pm

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
