As a **Graphic Designer** at ES EthicSecur SofTec, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that align with our brand’s aesthetics and communicate our messages effectively. You will work closely with the marketing, development, and product teams to craft design solutions that enhance our brand presence across multiple digital platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure designs meet functional requirements and brand guidelines.
- Develop graphics, icons, and logos that effectively communicate the company's values and services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and design tools to ensure the best and most current design practices.
- Manage multiple design projects and deliver high-quality work within established deadlines.
- Contribute creative ideas and solutions during brainstorming sessions with the marketing team.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in design.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, or similar tools.
- Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and design principles.
- Ability to create responsive designs for different digital platforms.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Previous experience in designing for the tech, security, or IT industry is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects) is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and web development practices.
- Experience in branding and logo design.
