**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to create engaging designs that align with brand guidelines.
- Design a wide range of materials including advertisements, brochures, posters, website graphics, social media content, and more.
- Produce high-quality, original designs for both digital and print media.
- Ensure consistency in visual language across all marketing platforms.
- Review and modify designs based on feedback and project requirements.
- Stay updated with current design trends and software to ensure cutting-edge designs.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Work with vendors and printers to ensure the quality and timely production of physical materials.
- Prepare final files for production or publication.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and creativity.
- Attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Experience with web design, UX/UI principles, or motion graphics is a plus.
