_Team Frontier is a dedicated one stop shop for Design and build Turnkey Solutions for office interiors fit-outs with a pan India presence and a turnover of INR 65 crores a year. We are now putting up a modular furniture factory and an Electrical Consulting & Contracting company._
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Develop comprehensive design concepts, including space planning, furniture selection, color schemes, and material specifications.
- Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
- Source and procure furniture, fixtures, fabrics, and finishes that align with design intent and financial parameters.
- Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and architects to oversee flawless project execution.
- Produce detailed drawings, 3D renderings, and specifications using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Photoshop).
- Stay current with emerging design trends, innovative materials, and sustainable practices.
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and accessibility standards.
- Present persuasive design proposals to clients and stakeholders, articulating creative concepts with clarity and confidence.
- **Qualifications & Skills**:_
- Degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- Proven experience in residential/commercial design with a strong portfolio.
- Technical proficiency in design software - AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Suite (Revit would be preferred).
- Exceptional project management and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices is a plus.
