JOB DESCRIPTION - GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Join our team as a Graphic Designer with Content Expertise at Dukaan Dost, a dynamic technology company dedicated to revolutionizing the Textile Industry in India. This role offers a unique opportunity to merge graphic design skills with content creation expertise in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create visually appealing graphics for digital and print materials, including social media posts, website banners, infographics, and marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Produce engaging content for social media platforms to attract and retain our target audience.
- Generate multimedia content such as editing and uploading videos, animations, and interactive graphics to enhance user experience.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design and content across all channels.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and creativity.
- Analyze content performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and inform future content strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in graphic design with a strong

portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and

other relevant tools.
- Solid understanding of content strategy, storytelling, and brand messaging.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with

cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of digital marketing principles and social media management

platforms is a plus.
