**Job Title**: Architect (AutoCAD + 3D Rendering)

**Location**: Guwahati
**Experience**: 1-2 years minimum
**Salary**: Negotiable based on experience
**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD
- Develop 3D models and renderings for residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects
- Collaborate with senior architects and project teams from concept to execution
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors as required
- Ensure timely delivery of design documentation and visuals

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree
- 1-2 years of relevant professional experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and at least one 3D rendering software (must)
- Strong visualization, presentation, and communication skills
- Portfolio demonstrating working drawings and 3D renders

**Bonus Skills (Preferred, not mandatory)**:

- Revit, Photoshop, Rhino, or other design tools
- Site supervision or project coordination experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
