Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential B2B clients, introducing Western Retail's products and Qualifying Potential Customer.

2. Consultative Selling: Understand client needs, customize product presentations, and demonstrate how our solutions align with their requirements.

3. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers, acting as a trusted advisor and offering tailored solutions.

4. Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations, striving for mutually beneficial agreements, and successfully closing deals within defined pricing and terms.

5. Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized sales pipeline, use CRM tools for tracking interactions, and meet/exceed monthly sales targets.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Supplemental pay types:
