iValue is a bleeding edge B2B technical solutions company that utilizes its extensive knowledge of corporate technology to provide state-of-art solutions unmatched in both quality and post-sale maintenance.
We are looking for a **Customer Support Coordinator**who will be **responsible** for supporting and coordinating our team of Engineers in order to ensure that customers receive the highest quality of service. This will include monitoring customer feedback and troubleshooting customer issues.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Receiving and assessing incoming support requests, determining their urgency and severity, and assigning them to appropriate technical teams.
2. Monitoring the progress of support tickets, escalating complex issues to senior engineers, and ensuring timely resolution.
3. Maintaining and updating a knowledge base of common issues and their solutions to empower end-users and reduce repetitive inquiries.
QUALIFICATION
1. Bachelor's Degree
2. Good in communication - English, Gujarati, & Hindi
3. Minimum 2 years experience
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
