About the Role:
We are seeking a_**Fleet Recruiter**_with at least one year of experience in delivery partners recruitment in a fast-paced quick commerce Platform. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring qualified Delivery partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Screen applicants to ensure they meet required qualifications and safety standards.
- Coordinate interviews and assist in the hiring and onboarding process.
- Work closely with operations and HR to understand staffing needs.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably Delivery partners hiring.
- Good communication and people skills.
- Ability to manage bulk hiring and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and job posting platforms.
- Experience hiring for delivery or logistics companies is a plus.
