Welcomes and greets all patients and visitors, in person or over the phone
- Answers the phone while maintaining a polite, consistent phone manner using proper telephone etiquettes
- To register patients according to established protocols
- To assist patients to complete all necessary forms and documentation including medical insurance
- To ensure patient information is accurate including billing information
- To inform patients of medical procedures and policy
- To maintain and manage patient records
- To move patients through appointments as scheduled
- To answer incoming calls and deal with inquiries & maintain a data of the same.
- To transfer calls as required to the various departments
- To schedule patient appointments & inform the same to the doctors.
- To collect co-pays and payments
- To schedule hospital admissions, tests, scans and outside appointments for patients
- To obtain external medical reports as required by medical professionals
- To respond and comply to requests for information
- To complete other clerical duties as assigned
- To maintain stock of forms and office supplies
- To ensure reception area is well maintained, neat and clean
- To safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
