Responsibilities

**Data Handling**:

- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain an organized file database
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Collect information from the team that needs to be entered into the documents.
- Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, and correcting any incompatibilities.
- Daily updation of the documents and records.
- Find and retrieve required information from files
- Liaise with senior administration to handle requests and queries from senior managers

**Suppliers coordination**:

- Research suppliers
- Maintain contact lists
- Entering supplier data from websites and other sources within time limits into the databases
- Compiling, and sorting supplier information into the relevant documents
- Co-ordinate and follow up with the suppliers
- Correspond with international customers, suppliers, freight forwarders

**Export Knowledge and coordination**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential export opportunities and stay informed about market trends.
- Answer inquiries related to export processes, shipping details and documentation requirements.
- Assist in obtaining necessary licenses and permits for international shipments.
- Arrange and monitor shipments, including booking cargo space, tracking shipments in transit, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Assist in optimising shipping routes and methods to minimize costs and delivery times.
- Prepare reports on export activities and performance.
- Assist in preparing and managing financial transactions related to exports, including letters of credit, payments, and currency exchange.
- Identify areas for process improvement and cost optimization within the export function.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and developments.
- Provide training and support to other team members involved in the export process.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
