
Inside Sales Executive

_Key Responsibilities:_
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at targeted companies
Understand client needs and match them with our recruitment services
Close deals and achieve sales targets
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and activity metrics
Provide regular updates and reporting on sales activity and pipeline to management
- Qualifications:_
2+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the IT recruiting industry
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Self-motivated and results-driven attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong understanding of the US IT recruiting market
**Salary**: ₹10,607.25 - ₹50,000.00 per month
