**Sales Coordinator**

We are looking for proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to bridge the gap between sales and operations teams. The role will involve processing orders, coordinating transportation, providing customer updates, and ensuring smooth order fulfilment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Order Processing**: Accurately receive and process customer orders, verifying details, checking inventory availability, and generating necessary documentation.
- **Customer Communication**: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely updates on order status, addressing delivery inquiries, and resolving issues as they arise.
- **Transportation Coordination**: Organize shipping methods, select carriers, and manage pick-up and delivery schedules, ensuring customer requirements and logístical constraints are met.
- **Inventory Management**: Oversee stock levels and collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- **Accounts Receivable Management**: Follow up with customers to ensure timely payment collection and account reconciliation.

**Required Skills**:

- **Strong communication skills**: Effectively communicating with customers, sales team, and logistics providers to manage expectations and resolve issues.
- **Logistics knowledge**: Understanding of shipping methods, freight calculations, and industry standards.
- **Attention to detail**: Ensuring accuracy in order processing, data entry, and documentation.
- **Problem-solving abilities**: Identifying and resolving logistics challenges that may arise during order fulfilment.
- **Organizational skills**: Managing multiple orders and priorities simultaneously while maintaining efficiency.
- **Proactiveness**: Demonstrated ability to proactively follow up on accounts receivable, ensuring timely payment collection and account management.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales or related position.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field.

**Location**:

- Kolkata (6 days a week) - Sector 5 and Jangalpur
- Occasional travel to Orissa, Bihar, and Jharkhand.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

- Yearly bonus
