**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions on soft skills including communication, presentation skills, conflict resolution, time management, teamwork, and leadership.
- Develop training modules, lesson plans, and workshops tailored to the needs of students or professionals.
- Use a variety of teaching methods, including role-playing, group discussions, case studies, and practical exercises to ensure effective learning.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to help individuals overcome specific challenges related to soft skills.
- Evaluate participants' progress and offer constructive feedback for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in soft skills training and incorporate new techniques and content into your sessions.
- Collaborate with academic or corporate teams to align training objectives with organizational goals.
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages active participation and engagement.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a soft skills trainer or tutor, with a strong understanding of key soft skills development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate learners from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to tailor training programs to the specific needs of different audiences (students, corporate employees, etc.).
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and techniques.
- Experience in using digital platforms for virtual training sessions is a plus.
