Coimbatore Tamil Nadu, India T & I PROJECTS LIMITED Full time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure materials are requisitioned from stores using a **Material Requisition Slip**.
- Prepare and submit a **Purchase Requisition Slip** if materials are unavailable.
- Oversee machine operations and ensure timely completion of production tasks.
- Supervise in-house manufacturing processes and ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage **sub-contracted job work**, including job order preparation in **Tally** and material issuance to job workers.
- Oversee **quality control (QC)** approval and ERP recording of processed items.
- Coordinate with **accounts** for job work bill processing.
- Ensure proper **assembly, trial runs, disassembly, painting, and packing** of machines.
- Communicate with the **sales department** upon machinery completion.
- Supervise and verify packing processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Assist the **dispatch supervisor** in preparing and signing packing lists.
- Address **defects and deficiencies** reported by the **junior inspector**.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's/Diploma in **Mechanical/Production Engineering** or a related field.
- **2-3years** of experience in **fabrication, machining, and assembly**.
- Knowledge of **ERP, Tally, and QC processes** is an advantage.
- Strong **supervisory and coordination** skills.
- Ability to handle **sub-contracted work processes** efficiently.
- Good understanding of **inventory management and production workflow**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
