- **Prospecting and Lead Generation**:Identifying potential clients within government and private sector organizations that may benefit from the company's civil engineering services.
- **Relationship Building**:Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
- **Sales Presentations and Proposals**:Preparing and delivering compelling presentations and proposals that showcase the company's capabilities and solutions to client needs.
- **Negotiation and Contract Closing**:Negotiating terms and conditions for contracts, ensuring they are mutually beneficial and compliant with relevant regulations.
- **Client Satisfaction**:Addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction.
- **Market Research**:Staying informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities within the civil services sector.
- **Sales Reporting and Analysis**:Tracking sales performance, preparing reports, and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- **Collaboration**:Working effectively with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and technical support, to achieve sales objectives.
- **Networking and Event Participation**:Attending industry conferences, trade shows, and other events to network, build relationships, and promote the company's services.
