**Responsibilities**:

- Convert pre-generated leads to productive leads with active participation into counseling of students.
- Counselling students and parents to understand their needs and answer their questions about study abroad and about specific universities.
- Ensure that student records are maintained in an effective manner and necessary follow ups are undertaken regularly to ensure that the student receives his/her offers in time.
- Get first-hand information on program updates, new programs, new admissions policies, deadlines, etc.
- Willingness to do seminars and webinars.
