Academic Counselor

**Individual Counseling**:Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students to discuss academic progress, personal development, and career goals.
Assist students in identifying and overcoming academic challenges, such as study skills, time management, and stress management.

**Academic Planning**:Collaborate with students to develop academic plans and set realistic goals based on their interests and abilities.
Provide information on course requirements, academic programs, and career pathways.

**Career Guidance**:Offer career counseling to help students explore potential career paths and make informed decisions about their future.
Provide information on job markets, internships, and networking opportunities.

**Educational Advocacy**:Advocate for students' educational needs by collaborating with teachers, administrators, and parents.
Assist in developing and implementing intervention strategies for students facing academic challenges.

Provide resources and information about different colleges and universities.

**Crisis Intervention**:Address and support students facing personal or academic crises.
Collaborate with other support services within the institution to ensure a comprehensive approach to student well-being.

**Record Keeping**:Maintain accurate and confidential records of counseling sessions and student progress.
Prepare reports as needed for administrators and other stakeholders.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
