**Job Overview**:
As an **Admission Counselor**, you will be the first point of contact for students and parents, helping them understand the various **undergraduate and postgraduate programs** we offer. Your role involves **counseling, follow-ups, and converting potential leads into enrollments**.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Student Counseling & Guidance**:

- Understand students' educational background, interests, and career goals to recommend suitable UG & PG programs.
- Provide accurate information about courses, universities, eligibility criteria, admission processes, and fee structures.

**Lead Management & Follow-Ups**:

- Maintain a structured follow-up system to engage with prospective students and ensure conversions.
- Work closely with the marketing team to nurture leads from various sources like Google Ads, Social Media, and Sulekha.

**Sales & Admissions Closure**:

- Convert potential leads into enrollments by building trust and addressing concerns.
- Meet or exceed monthly admission targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with students and parents to encourage referrals.

**CRM & Reporting**:

- Update and maintain student records in the CRM system.
- Track lead status and conversion rates and provide reports to the senior team.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
✔ **Educational Background**: Bachelor's / Master degree in any field (preferred: Sales, Marketing, or Education-related).
✔ **Experience**: 0-3 years in admissions counseling, telesales, or customer service (freshers with good communication skills are welcome).
✔ **Communication & Persuasion**: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a confident and persuasive approach.
✔ **Tech Savvy**: Comfortable using CRM tools, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp for follow-ups.
✔ **Target-Oriented**: Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
✔ **Language Proficiency**: Fluent in English and Hindi (other regional languages are a plus).
