**Job Title: 2D Game Artist (Contract - Online Slot Machines)**

**Company Overview**:
We are a dynamic startup specializing in art for online slot machines aimed at the international market. We are currently looking for talented 2D Game Artists to join our team on a 3-month contract, with the potential to extend further and transition into a fulltime role in the future.

**Role Overview**:
As a 2D Game Artist, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning game assets, including symbols, UI elements, backgrounds, environments, characters, and other 2D elements required for our online slot games. We seek a creative individual who can work independently and deliver high-quality work. Experience in digital painting using Adobe Photoshop is essential. While a background in gaming is preferred, it is not mandatory.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create art in a variety of styles, ranging from realistic to mythology and fantasy, for online slot games.
- Conceptualize and communicate design ideas clearly with the head of gaming and other team members.
- Develop 2D assets such as characters, backgrounds, and game UI using tools like Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Ensure timely delivery of all game graphics and assets with professionalism and creativity.

**Requirements**:

- A strong portfolio showcasing digital art (preferably from a gaming background).
- Proven experience in creating 2D game art with a solid understanding of color, lighting, and composition.
- Familiarity with character development, UI elements, and different artistic styles.
- Expertise in 2D tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
- Experience with After Effects, 3D, and Spine is a plus but not required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a 2D artist, ideally in the gaming industry.
- Must have access to a laptop/desktop and high-speed internet.

**Additional Information**:

- This is a remote, full-time contract role for 3 months, with the potential to extend further or possibly transition into a full-time position in the future.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
