We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior E-commerce Executive to join our growing team. This role is crucial in supporting our online sales and marketing efforts, contributing to the overall success of our e-commerce operations. **Responsibilities**:

- **Product Management**:

- Upload and manage product listings on e-commerce platforms (platforms like Shopify, Amazon).
- Ensure product information is accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
- Categorize and organize products effectively.
- Monitor product performance and suggest improvements.
- **Order Processing and Fulfillment**:

- Process and manage online orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Coordinate with warehouse/shipping teams to ensure smooth order dispatch.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding order status and tracking.
- Manage returns and exchanges.

**Customer Service**:

- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards customers.

**Website Maintenance**:

- Assist in maintaining and updating website content.
- Identify and report any website issues or bugs.
- Contribute to website improvements and enhancements.

**Analytics and Reporting**:

- Track and analyze key e-commerce metrics (e.g., website traffic, conversion rates, sales).
- Prepare reports on e-commerce performance.
- Identify trends and insights to improve sales and marketing strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Strong interest in e-commerce.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
