As a Junior E-commerce Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our online retail platform. You will work closely with the E-commerce team to ensure the smooth functioning of the online store, optimize product listings, and contribute to the overall success of the e-commerce business. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with a passion for e-commerce, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the creation and management of product listings on the e-commerce platform.
- Monitor and process online orders in a timely manner.
- Handle customer inquiries related to order status and shipping.
- Work on optimizing product listings for search engines and improve overall product visibility.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling product descriptions and images.
- Assist in gathering and analyzing e-commerce data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the e-commerce platform.
- Support the planning and execution of online promotions and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor the performance of promotions and provide insights for improvement.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Provide insights on emerging e-commerce trends and suggest strategies for staying competitive.
- Inventory Management:(MS-Excel (Preferable) with formulas)
- Collaborate with the inventory team to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Implement strategies to minimize overstock and stockouts.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and content management systems.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Eager to learn and adapt to a dynamic e-commerce landscape.

**Experience**:
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
