Provide excellent customer service by promptly and courteously attending to guests' dining needs.
- Assist in the setup, service, and breakdown of dining areas, including tables, chairs, linens, and tableware.
- Present menus to guests, describe menu items, and make recommendations as per guests' preferences and dietary restrictions.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests, ensuring all special requests and modifications are conveyed to the kitchen.
- Input orders into the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper billing and order processing.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in dining areas, including tables, chairs, condiment stations, and service stations.
- Ensure adequate supply of clean tableware, glassware, and utensils throughout service hours, promptly replacing items as needed.
- Prepare and serve beverages
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, anticipating their needs and ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Work closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other F&B service team members to ensure smooth coordination and delivery of food and beverage orders.
- Utilize suggestive selling techniques to promote additional menu items, specials, and upsell opportunities to enhance revenue generation.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Strong customer service skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations and service standards.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
